Job Tittle: QA Back end Tester
Location: San Francisco, CA.
Duration: 6+months
- Financial experience is highly desired (banking, mortgage or similar domains)
- Back end testing is a must – Should be able to write SQL queries and familiar working with Oracle databases
- UNIX familiarity and experience is a must.
- End-to-End testing – Candidate should have tested online applications, front end, middleware and n-tier systems.
- Familiar with webservices
- Proficient in writing test plans, test cases using Quality Center, filing bugs and raising any issues with the team lead, QA manager and project manager.
- Experience using jobs schedulers like CRON or Autosys.
Automation experience is not required. Candidate should be able to simultaenously work on multiple projects and lead the testing effort throughout the SDLC process. Communication skills are very important as this role requires a lot of interaction with business stakeholders and working with remote teams throughout US. Located in downtown San Francisco.
